Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all supplements are unopened with seals intact and apparel is unworn with original tags attached before placing them in secure packaging.

  Ship to tbJP

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
